Honestly, real waste of talent in that music.
Should have gone to literally any other game.
Permadeath can be done right, deepwoken just doesn’t, I mean look at decaying winter, sure different genre but it’s multiplayer, hard and has permadeath and that’s fun
Guess what though, it’s pve so there isn’t the variable of another humans cunning.
Permadeath only works in pve games collaboratively or not
You can modify spells with it (you need sparks and stuff) but that doesn’t really matter considering spell creation was hyped up only to be scrapped and turned into spell modification which is very bland
By far one of my biggest disappointments along with the bland ass oceans
