The legendary myths of the Dark sea have been fascinating people for over hundred of years, but little to no one ever wanted to sail these cursed seas that covers the horizon.
Though, one day, a man with a bravery of steel fought the monstrosities hidden well beyond the Dark sea, only he had a sailboat. A sailboat that witstands one’s dreams of the dark sea.
As soon as this man’s vessel entered the sea of the cursed gods, the wood, which began to crumble under the sea’s waves. The ship which started to suddenly pitch, the men, afraid, fell one by one trying to take hold onto whatever they could.
The noises of creatures howling in fear, the thunder on the horizon.
The sea floor started to rumble, a forgotten island who woke from an eternal sleep, the island of the myths, “the legends are true” stated the man, as soon as he stepped on the island, the sea began to breathe, his ship began to shine with life only to sail away, leaving the man alone on the island.
Left to sleep eternally, to be forgotten on the island, the man decided to write a journal about this place, about his life, about his dream that he had achieved.
Once the boat was far enough on the horizon, the sea began to snore, a light cold breeze flowing through the air. The tides calmed themselves slowly followed by the thunder.
After all of the man’s odyssey inside this dark, cold sea filled with a child’s nightmares.
The man finally found what he always wanted to see for himself, his soul was at peace, ready to go to sleep. A dense, dark mist started to surround the island, as the foundation of the island started to rumble, the man who knew his end was near, only waited.
The island, which broke into parts, sunk into the bottom of the ocean, never to be seen again, taking with it, the man. His ship in a wreck condition was soon seen sailing towards sailor’s lodge, stopped by ravenna’s soldiers which found an empty, cargoless boat. It was left to sail forever as it wasn’t a problem nor was it something to retreive.
Days later, it crashed onto palo town, the man’s home island. Lying there for decades, the boat covered by the sand was finally at peace, with its history never to be known, never to be unfolded, left to be forgotten as a miserable wreck on palo town’s beach.
