Eggs, one of the most versatile foods next to potatoes and rice that can be served in dozens of ways.

How do you like your eggs? How do you garnish them if at all? What do you add to make them more interesting?

catbread scrambled eg

a spoon of sour cream
salt
pepper
some thyme/parsley if it’s there
butter

  1. put butter in pan and wait for it to melt
  2. put eggs
  3. salt and pepper it, and scramble it while taking it on and off the stove in 15 second intervals (make sure the temperature is high!)
  4. once it’s nearly done take it away from heat entirely and put in spoon of sour cream
  5. garnish

I never really liked eggs but I usually have them scrambled with cheese and then put them on buttered toast with sometimes bacon joining the party :mariomug:

me neither. I always find eggs to be kinda blech. The only eggs I like are eggs benedict
