I discussed this with the patrons over on the patreon a while ago but with my current pacing, it doesn’t feel right to go silent for like a month (usually, this episode was an exception) and dump everything then.
I’m thinking of if I should experiment with things, where instead of dropping an episode every month I’d instead do weekly updates on the episode pages that I did manage to get done
Only problem is that there’d be some weird pacing issues when ur in the middle of reading and suddenly the page cuts off since that’s as far as I finished, or you’re looking through some fight scene and there’s no followup to some attack since again it’s unfinished and you gotta wait a week or two to see what happens
I’m personally leaning towards dropping the whole thing at once rather than biweekly/weekly breadcrumbs. If you had any thoughts you can reply down below

I did think that the more frequent and fragmented updates would be nice and could keep momentum going, but after experiencing this full webcomic drop I’m now in the camp of full releases (har har) too. While getting updates weekly/biweekly would be awesome, I completely see your point about the episode cutting abruptly where ever you finished. Nothing beats being able to read the full chapter at once, so I cast my vote in complete episode releases

Freedrock dropping bars of wisdom cause he’s the GOAT!!! And as much as I love Pandora’s sassiness and sharp personality, I love Freedrock giving her a reality check here. It’s true, despite Pandora living a rough life before dying, it’s Juniper that’s spent entirety of her 3 years of life bleeding, sweating, crying under the pressure of defeating Durza.
on godddđ i hope the story changes and she wont just get offscreened like in the original, which seems to be the case since shes heading to the seventh sea instead of staying in the fifth and get vaporized
maybe durza will send undead apollo (if that happened) through the rift and valencia will get to flex some before dying? hopefully she gets something at least

I wonder how Sheep will handle Freedrock’s confirmed death since Octavious does indeed have the Lazarus Blessing . Presumably Durzacheron’s big explosion is what finally did him in since timeline-wise AO takes place only months after AA, and Octavious has probably had the Blessing since the start of AO. Unless of course Vetex is retconning/altering Freedrock’s involvement in AA and having him die earlier, but that remains to be seen.
But it’s possible that since the webcomic is already in it’s own continuity compared to current AO lore, Freedrock may not die at all (please Sheep I beg)
Sheep actually did do something like that a couple years back, some of the AG vice admirals (not sure if it’s all of them) are patron-submitted ocs
That was basically the perfect scenario for Sheep to do it organically since the VA’s play pretty minor roles and it took the workload for designing 5+ more characters off of Sheep’s back. Not sure if there’ll be other opportunities like that where it doesn’t feel too intrusive (maybe the undead one shot pirate commanders?), but only time will tell
