its like magic where its part of the fs, his whole family line used fire and lightning magics and he is in the other branch of that line that uses metal magic inhereting a little bit of the metal curse from his past ancestor.

also a family member invented the lightning fs and he accidently gained it while training to fight once again, he does accidently think he can use lightning but he cant because he uses a solid magic which hindered him from using lightning.
