[Property of Matthew Barion, drop off at your nearest G.N outpost if found]
Preface
This log is only going over mutants that seem to stand out compared to the average Atlantean you’ll be fighting against for your life on the daily. If you find this, take a good read through it or copy it down somewhere. If you somehow find some G.N outpost that isn’t destroyed, drop it off there and I’ll get collect it eventually. Otherwise, just hold onto it until you cross paths me.
Commodore Kai, The Red Sabre
Location: Whitesummit
Notes:
His sabre’s reach is much larger than you think it is, and it’s speed is much faster as well. Be careful when engaging him, he’ll probably be surrounded by infected marines. His mutations resemble a swordfish.
Architect Merlot, The Waltz of Death
Location: Whitesummit
Notes:
Do not underestimate his attacks small size, they’ll hit you hard and fast. I can’t really tell what his mutations are, he seems to stick within swarms of other Atlanteans waiting to jump out when the horde pushes.
Cernyx, the Archon of Greenwish
Location: The Forest of Cernunno
Notes
Won’t attack unless you step into the water or go to the cultist camp. Seems to behave off of either ambushing those close to the old cultist camps or those who step into the water. Arms are constantly imbued with earth magic, and appears mutations are based off of caimans.
The Greenwish Caimans
Location: The Forest of Cernunno
Notes
Behaves like Cerynx, albeit much weaker. Mutations similar to Cerynx.
Alpha, Leader of the Wolves
Location: Wind-Row Island
Notes
Even mutated, he still leads the Wind-Row Wolves. Appears to be extremely intelligent for an Atlantean, can coordinate his men through various howls, make primitive structures, and plan out ambushes. He can also use screech out wind magic, generally using it to push his foes into crude stakes the Wolves set up. Mutations seem to be based off of wolf-fish
The Wind-Row Wolves
Location: Wind-Row Island
Notes
Commanded by Alpha, seem to behave like a wolf pack. Can make primitive structures and particpate in ambushes. Mutations similar to Alpha.
The Redwake Sharks and the Sharkhall Mutants
Location: all over the Bronze Sea
Notes
They can smell blood from miles away, patch up whatever cut you get quickly and RUN. They will hunt you down and killing them will just attract even more of them. The Sharkhall mutants are basically Redwake mutants but even deadlier, their weapons are razor sharp. They behave as if their constantly starving, and if you catch their attention, you’ll be their next meal. All of these mutants seem to be based on some sort of shark.
The G.N Executioners
Location: Palo Town
Notes
Works in tandem with Mutant Tilly to slaughter any fool who comes their way. Will ambush those who get too close to Tilly after she attracts them with her cries. Haven’t seem them enough to tell what their mutations are.
Mayor Tilly
Location: Palo Town
Notes
If you hear a survivor crying for help while you’re in Palo Town, run the other way. It’s almost for sure a trap. What if it isn’t? They’ll be dead before you can even reach them. She mimicks survivors she’s killed, it’s better to just ignore the cries than gamble on the chance the person crying for help is actually human. I haven’t seen enough of her to know what she’s mutated into.
General Argos, Lion of Ravenna
Location: Fort Talos
Notes
A legless beast that crawls around Fort Talos’s dungeons at insane pastes. Stick close to people and don’t explore the dungeons alone, or even at all. Mutations appear to be based of a lionfish.
