Recently I have seen a massive amount of people who post a suggestion In #game-discussion without being aware it’s against the rules. Adding a message about this would cut down on the amount of people who put their suggestions in #game-discussion.

No it’s ok to do that but tons of new people just post suggestions in game discussion because they don’t have access to #suggestions.
i think it’s better to have suggestions get shot down in game discussion before they start flooding suggestions
Posting blatant suggestions to the game is not allowed, there needs to be discussion about stuff.
