The environmental effects from magics do not apply to attacks that are imbued. For example, shooting grass with a flying slash imbued with fire magic does not ignite the surrounding grass with fire like it does with a magic blast.

This seams to occur with every magic that has an environmental effect. Shadow magic does not drain the color of terrain, lightning doesn’t electrify metal parts, ect.

Imbued attacks were given the ability to generate poison clouds, magma puddles, and other such effects in a previous update. I believe that these environmental

effects should be added as well, especially for things like fire that actually provide a combative benefit like magma/acid puddles.

These are actually called hazards, and I believe they’re different from environmental effects
