Proposal
So with the addition of Skyhall and the sky islands, I think that a claimable wilderness sky island should be added. It would be some distance away from the main islands as reason for it to be claimable. The island would have additional benefits for the difficulty to reach the island and claim it. Since in game all crops grown in the sky have additional effects and magic energy in them. The crops grown on this island could have some additional effects. The crops could grow faster or provide more per harvest, or simply provide sky-versions of the crops for non-reagent farms. (Mainly wheat.)

Special aspects and drawbacks of this island.
Since this is a sky island, and sky ships have very low destructive capabilties compared to regular ships on the ocean. The defensive structures able to be built should be modified to fit the characteristics of skyships.

Special defenses available on this island
The defenses on this island should have one special feature available to them, since regular cannonballs will practically never sky ships due to their increased movement. A special type should be added, nimbus cannonballs have already been thought of by Vetex, but I think that they deserve an extra feature. These cannonballs could have a slight homing aspect to them, of course the homing would NOT be available on the ground, some lore reason could be made as the cannonball use energy for magic-clouds for their homing capabilities or the sky-specific canonns/mortars allow them to home in on their targets. While on the sea they simply have very long range, which was what Vetex made these out to be.
Tier scaling for defenses
Low tier defenses like basic mortars would have low damage and low capabilties of homing while higher tiers of defenses, like silver, gold, and platinum mortars, could have the damage increased or the homing ability of the cannonballs increased.
Mortars
If mortars were kept as they were on the ground, this island would be near-unraidable once proper defenses were set up. I believe mortars should be changed to a different type, a sky-specific type specialized against sky ships. These mortars instead of raining down cannonballs could launch the cannonballs directly up, upon which they then begin to home in on their target. With higher tiers allowing the duration of the cannonballs to be increased.
Cannons
Cannons would simply use the nimbus varients of the cannonablls and have a similar function to how they are on the sea.
Again, the idea above is optional, and I understand if these types of defenses are too overpowered or simply don’t fit into the theme of Arcane Odyssey.

Location

Here is an approximation of where the island would be located, of course i’m a bit off on the locations of unreleased islands but I tryed to get as close as I could. The island being more east than the other skyislands would also explain why the island is a wilderness island

Arcane Odyssey is an RPG game with a lot of freedom. Not every island on the sea is developed, so the same could be said for islands in the sky. Although I know that this island is similar to the nimbus wilds, I feel like this addition would give players a lot more to do and make trips to the sky more common after the skyhall story chapters are done.

While I do like the concept of a sky claimable island we could farm on, the suggestion needs a bit more depth.

There’s the start of a good idea here, but not nearly enough thought put into it.

The question is, how the hell would we break tier 4+ walls when skyships don’t have mortars/cannons?

Overall it has potential but like Theoretical said, it needs more depth

Fleshed out some aspects of the defenses and some aspects of the suggestion, please let me know where my ideas may be incorrect and how I could improve them.

I think that sky defenses should be weaker because of the lack of imports into skyhall, otherwise good idea. Your locations for RELEASED islands are wayyy off tho

You guys are exaggerating no way my prediction skills are this awful, and i mean its all relatively close to where the actual islands are.

Skyhall is a tid bit to the southeast of mount Othrys
As for the rest, you literally have a map in the game and on the wiki you could use for reference…

they would never use the wiki, its blatant misinformation!!
