CONCERNING ACTIVITY IN (town)
There have been reports of (Title)(full name) destroying a few structures in (town.) While most of the damage has been repaired, some lasting injuries have been brought to attention. The Grand Navy is currently searching for (full name), however it is uncertain what will happen to them.

HAVOC BROUGHT TO (town)
Around fifty eyewitness reports have mentioned (title) (full name) destroying many residences and shops. This has uprooted families, businesses, and trade in the area. A few have died in the chaos. (Parent kingdom/leader of location) has been focusing on compensating the disoriented while the Grand Navy hunts (full name) down - certainly to execute them.
Time Travel
Winterveil is Gone
Northernmost kingdom of the War Seas, and popular tourism destination, Winterveil, has lost the war in a destructive blaze that engulfed their entire island. The reason? King Nero Caesar of Ravenna used his Sea Curse to turn the entire island into rubble. King Nero has been apprehended by the Grand Navy, and his son, Prince Octavious, has been placed in charge of the kingdom.
Ngl, I would love for the agora to have more importance and events.
I hope that it will be worked on more in the future.

ofc theyd only appear for whoever just finished that part of the story, im not sure how that could be done but yea
thought of whenever Morden, Iris, or Neviro being on another’s boat, to your client it’d show as different characters made by people in the community.

The seas are filled with grief as news has spread of the complete destruction of (town). No survivors have been found. We offer our condolences to anyone who has lost someone in the wake of (full name) and assure you that the Grand Navy is dedicating all their resources in this sea to end this terrible menace. Anyone near sailing distance of (town) should be cautious, as the (title) is showing no signs of stopping their reign of destruction anytime soon. An increase in guards posted around remaining towns is expected.
