Wotan was actually democratically elected; with a 93% approval rating! He’s a president, and a beloved one at that! But when the Order started to become a threat, he had to start defending himself. The war in Sameria not an offensive. It’s in self-defense, and the ONLY victims are from the Order! If you look at the onslaught at Mistral Port, and paint Sameria as the victim, you are defending the Order. Keraxe’s only stated goal was to remove the Order from Mistral Port, and that is still the goal. Cargo shipments have not stopped, despite what those who refuse to condemn the Order will have you believe. There’s only ONE Fenrir on Sameria, which isn’t qualifiable as ‘an offensive in Sameria’.

But when the authoritarian Arcane Government started to become a threat, he had to start liberating the Seven Seas. The battle at the Bermuda Archipelago is not an offensive. It’s in self-defense, and the ONLY victims are from the Arcane Government! If you look at the onslaught at Alalea, and paint The Arcane Government as the victim, you are defending fascist ideologies that oppress development of people not living in Government territory. Morock’s only stated goal was to remove the Oppressive Arcane Government from the Third Sea, and that is still the goal. Cargo shipments have not stopped, despite what those who refuse to condemn the Tyrants at the Arcane Government will have you believe. There’s only ONE Bermuda Locket (ship) at the Bermuda Archipelago, which isn’t qualifiable as ‘an offensive in the Third Sea’.
