In game trading is utter bullshit right now due to the one way trading system.
Kids are just gonna troll and ask for your sunken items for a rusty can, it’s in place for a reason. If the other person would really want an item of less value for their items, just ask them to do the trade.
It’s just gonna be a spam of empty trades for op items until the other guy makes a mistake and accept

No. Just get the other person to send you the trade and it will be super good quality.
Just make a Trade Block, that means you’re able to block a certain person from trading you, then it’s done. So that person will have to message you their offer before trying to trade you again since they’re blocked.
There could be a setting to specifically block bad trades
trades an item for any other item ‘‘bad quality’’
gives item for free ‘‘EXTREMELY GOOD QUALITY’’
Or just add an option to never accept trades in the options.
