There are many colors variations for each magic such as Cherry Wood, Emerald Crystal and etc. But some don’t have that many or even have variations. So here are some suggestions for alternate colors.
Blue Fire ( like the nether fire from Minecraft)
Red Lightning
Different colored Explosion Magic ( Green, Purple, Blue, etc.)
Purple Shadow ( if its going to be pure black)
Different shades of blue for Snow Magic
Inferno, an ancient magic, utilizes blue fire
Darkness, a lost magic, utilizes purple for it’s shadowy effects
Personally I’ve been pushing for Sulfur Magma
it’s a natural phenomenon albeit rare, a tester said Vetex knows such a thing exists but still won’t add it to Magma. It could end up being the visuals for a lost/ancient magic though 
inferno already exists, so this would be confusing to many

nah, explosion doesn’t need any new colors and anything different would look weird.
I like this one too though I do not think this could work because shadow is meant to be monochrome (also darkness magic might be purpleish)
also would look weird since snow is pretty much always white, or yellow…
Red lightning is blaze
Snow magic blue may be blizzare

but we should totally have a blue variation of plasma magic
actually these are all my ideas for magic colors:
blue plasma
really dark green poison magic (for fucks sake if someone makes a fart joke about this I will personally send them to the corner)
baby blue light magic called starlight variation

Like others have said, a few of the variants you named will probably not exist cause they conflict with other magics (blue fire is inferno, purple shadow darkness, red lightning is blaze, etc) but I do think there’re some magic that could benefit from a varient or two.
My personal pick is a grey ash variant, Which i’m surprised doesn’t exist since ash is pretty commonly grey
snow having ice’s variants would be cool

Ehhh that would look kinda weird imo
I think both Acid and Crystal should have a white variant
gotta keep in mind some color variants wont happen for base magics on purpose since that would make them look too strong and sometime they are taken by planned lost/ancient magics

this would look weird, unless it looks like a supernova.
