No. Just no.
Plasma and fire are B, wood is D, Lightning is probably low S tier
Ink should be A- or high B tier
Iron in C tier and gold is in B? What the fuck??//?//?
Move Acid to high A tier
Ash should be high A tier
Water is S tier
Shadow is S tier
Wind is S tier
Magma and paper go in mid B tier
Poison is C tier
Earth is at a decent spot, probably deserves a mid B though
Jeez i want to make a tier list but ive done it so many times ill probably get community backlash
Then again i want to help people find a good magic they want to use but meh
