Okay soo first of all, she wears white/orange(?) shirt fitting theme of snowy area’s of Frostmill and Orange dark leather pants which’s color(orange) fitts in theme of heat based magic that she uses. Same i can say with her red hair.
On her right hand we can see her Vermilion Bracelet, which can be somehow connected to her flare magic because we can clearly see Flare magic circle near with her right hand. And as we know this bracelet boost both power and intensety, and oh god…thinking about fact that bracelet that shows your magic, is cool…but sadly i dont think magic circles will appear on players as on Iris
If we will look around Iris, we wont see that much snow around, only one that falling from sky. We will see rocks, fire and clear sky.
Background is the thing that made me thinking.
Frostmill is big ice island with mountians and spires all around but in our case, we dont see any of those on background. Soo we can say that we will fight somewhere really really high, or, we will fight at other side of island soo we wont see anything because there is only ocean behind iris.
New is fire behind Iris, well its simple. Flare is AOE and DoT magic soo her magic/spells/attacks migh leave fire on place of her attack.
Text analyze
“The Anomaly” is something that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected, and i think Lost magic for normal wizards cant be counted as something normal. We can theorise and say that previously she was fire wizard that somehow found an Flare magic on Frostmill, or in depth of mines of Frostmill(Good suggestion @SpectreTheFox), and now everyone call her The Anomaly due to her not standard magic.
Next is what she say.
“Im gonna send you back to Ravenna as a pile of ashes!”
Ravenna is real life city in Italy, but in AO i think that Ravenna is a name of quest giver that gave us quest to defeat Iris. Or it can be just some kind of location.
Keep in mind there are 4 boss items for mino and 5 for exiled, the 1st boss that we haven’t gotten a look at better have a lot of good items to compensate for a bracelet, cause imo a sword is wayyyy cooler than a bracelet that shows magic
Who says the compensation has to be other boss drops? Vet could make it basically anything. Compensation could be chest/fishing/dark sea gear or other boss drops or even seasonals. Who knows
Really hoping it wont be seasonals tho. Id much rather have it be gear
It’s impractical because then it might mess up the RNG, I prefer having it as boss drops as it would make compensation easier. That’s just my opinion tho.
People usually use boss drops for more of a pvp-wise reason. I wouldn’t want my strong oath to be a strong bracelet that’s worse than my original gear.
Here you can see that Ruby Roger (a name) is coloured blue in this text. Wheras Ravenna is coloured a reddish orange in Iris’ text (Possibly a location?).

I know yall have basically 0 information on the plot and the details and that the screenshot doesn’t do too much justice but cmon it’s literally called Vermilion Bracelet
Regarding this, Ravenna could be an island, her hometown, a sub section of Frostmill, or even, as a stretch, could be the name of the town in Frostmill, although it’s more likely it’s just called Frostmill
