not really a nerf, morso just an adjustment that every multihit needs
i mean technically it got it power scalled down, prob for a good reason but technically i am right
At least it wasn’t as bad as the surge skill, getting nerfed by 90%

The new skills might bring shortsword into the meta, but spear is probably still d - f tier
worth 100%
man that was for what i was hoping, f tier weapon geting a actual chance at being good
