I dunno about you but Angel is a 10/10 in my book
those eyes remind me of dbz

so it’s actually really neat and has a good pop factor,
but here’s some issues you could work on
the magic circle is flat, it isn’t angled at all
it’d probably look better if you used a transform tool to make it so it’s angled facing the character’s face if you get what I mean
currently it just looks like it’s at a weird angle for no apparent reason
the boobs are just wonky in multiple aspects
they aren’t really symmetrical,
it’s on clothing so it shouldn’t be curving on the outfit
kinda hard to explain but try looking up some tutorials on drawing boobs
the sleeve leading down to the arm is pretty wonky, I can see you were trying to do folds
but it turned out pretty weird
one way to look at it is drawing a blockier arm first, and then adding extra details like folds as needed
maybe some tutorial could help with drawing folds as I don’t have much experience w/it
the cell shading on the outfit is hardly visible at all,
it blends with the BG too well as well, making it nearly impossible to actually see
the shading on the head is fine though
I know hands are a pain in the ass but try to use references until you get good at them, that usually helps a good deal
I can’t even try to explain how to do hands in text, so all I can really say is use references and watch tutorials
although the hair on the back of the head could go slightly farther out, the rest of the head is pretty fantastic so nice job on that
(the ear is a bit too high up and looks a little wonky too, but otherwise great)
as with the cell shading, the BG is a bit too invasive directly on the piece itself
one way you could actually add depth is by making multiple layers of that background, and making the opacity lighter in the front, which would probably fix the issue and look a little better
(as in lighter layer in front of the character, thicker behind)
