Eicar type is harmless.

But the day before I tried to download a game, but it contained weak virus. Luckily my antivirus is good

Luckily my antivirus is good at catching everything, and stops redirects. However, it’s tag-based (I think it’s called that), so it isn’t 100% perfect.
