Replace Theos’ Gauntlet with a Golden Sky Pumpkin. You gain a bit of attack speed and agility over crit chance which you are lacking in.

Oh damn, I am not sure, but I guess Vetex could have removed that. When he changed insanity mechanic on items. But during old days of DS update, I tried making such build and died.
i’ve heard ppl saying some stuff about “dodging” and “parrying” so maybe you could try that to help with your insanity problem

PvE you should get Runaan’s Hurricane for wave clear
Also get Manamune for more uptime
