Me and my friend have created a new guild, and we haven’t started recruiting just yet. I’m new to this, while my friend isn’t, and I’d like to help him out a bit more. What should I be doing as a good co-leader?

Don’t die from Stress.
Realistically though, make sure to organize your Discord Server, have a good looking Logo and set up a Draft for Advertisement. You also need to have something to offer to people that read your Guild Advertisement. Like Events, Giveaways, stuff like that maybe. And you be careful with what members you let in INGAME. They have to help you with Infamy and Crowns.

To make a guild, it’s important to have determination and keep your guild running and active.

Have active staff members so that you aren’t doing everything alone, if you try to do everything alone the stress will build up and you’ll very quickly lose the motivation to keep the guild alive.
