thermo/water can inflict both steamed and seared while fire/sailor can only inflict steamed
I wanna assume at some point thermo/water was better but because of how badly they ruined thermo fire/sailor is technically the better option
It would be better or at least equal if thermo didn’t receive 50 billion nerfs prior to the introduction of seared

it seems like a relatively interesting fighting style, it would be pretty unfortunate to just throw that away
I can understand karate, since it would just be like basic combat but gets better damage on grabs and stuff.
knocking fist sounds quite on par with the other elemental fighting styles in terms of gimmicks
it could be like the counterpart to iron leg, where it’s faster but has less damage, but also doesn’t have to rely on a resource bar

Yeah but they are the first fighting styles so of course they are gonna be basic. Vetex likely wants the higher level fs to be more complex and interesting
If that’s the case, Karate could probably give some passive Resistance because of it having some focus on stances. As for Knocking Fist, it could probably be changed to focus around always landing hits, since it’s current concept is Thermo Fist but better.
