I think Keraxe would probably win. It wouldn’t be a complete stomp, but in the end, Sameria wouldn’t be a kingdom anymore. So now Keraxe controls the Vimir Sea AND the Nimbus Sea.
And from there, they’d likely attempt to gun Ravenna, or, less likely, Azura
Probably Azura first. Given that Ravenna’s military might WAS what kept Keraxe from attacking Sameria to begin with, Wotan would probably try to build up his army even further before he tried to take Ravenna.

Realistically, he’s got Sameria as well now (or what’s left of it) so he’d probably be fine, but with Azura? Absolute oblivion
Theos dies. the PK is still revived, but without being given direction they are sent down an entirely different path. The PK might die in Newground Island, but maybe they become a pirate, who knows.
Durza is still probably killed off by a coalition of either the AG or the OSP, since without Theos no faction would feel safe knowing Durza had no seal.
If it was connections to the Order, I don’t think Wotan would be ready to snatch up that sandy real estate the moment Calvus died

They had lost their strongest generals, their first king who held a powerful curse, they had been reduced to a single curse, and to make it all worse:
Their king had “died”, leaving a CHILD on the THRONE of a country susceptible to the Thorne Empire simply returning and finishing the job.
Not to forget that the Bronze Sea also now had been so far-gone from full Ravenna Control that the Jaw Pirates did whatever they wanted, and a whole ass cult just emerged on one of the largest islands literally in the middle of the sea.
