The absolute best way to farm fame quickly is to do bounty hunting like a toxic player who goes hunting for something just to be toxic. Kill all the criminals possible, even delemare and envader who give 2000 fame and above all your rival but you already know this and another even more efficient but very risky way is to do pvp hunting of players with large bounties if you are strong in pvp enter the large servers and check among the players those with fame above 300K hunt them and collect their bounty will give around 5k fame then it also depends on the bounty maybe even more for even larger bounties but normally it should give around 5K fame
