I’ve heard that it was given out for a building competition back in Arcane Adventures, but I can’t seem to find it now. It’d be really useful for a build I’m making, so if any of you guys have it or know where to find it please share that with me 
vetex deleted it somewhere around 2019 after certain developers were abusing it for their own games

I do have the arcane reborn version, but idk if that’s the same one , but it will probably work fine as well
