I believe I know the issue.
When you “saved” the game, did you press Save or Publish?
Saving… saves it to the Roblox servers, not actually updating it for players.
Publish updates the game itself on the Roblox site, applying changes in new servers.
I had the same issue with my own game just now.
I had the same settings, but I had never published, when I did, it became available.
you insert a new localscript (press the + icon, then search for localscript), open the regular script there, select all and copy paste it into the localscript

Seeing as OF was being made while vetex was still in his One Piece phase, I’d imagine guro was loosely based off of rokushiki

Rokushiki is a set of 6 (technically 7 with rokuogan but only 1 member of CP9 can use it) abilities
In the case of the guro style it most likely draws from soru and rankyaku

Regarding Drack in this screenshot.
Normally, Shipwrights don’t have Shipwright of [ISLAND], as it should be self-explanatory; A shipwright on Tide Town should be shipwright of tide town, therefore reducing the need to read without sacrificing the understanding.
Therefore, it would be;

Shipwright

This is also noticeable by real life local towns, you have “Shop” in real life in a town named… I don’t know, burger.
People in “Burger” would know it’s a “Shop” in “Burger”, as they are seeing the shop in the town “Burger”
