what are your opinions on builds in ao and where do you think they are on a tierlist
hmmm…
hear me out…
make savant S tier
Vitality builds just lacking rn
Savant is the only one above B because it’s not required to be one, it can invest a third of it’s stats in weapons, magic, and strength and still qualify for savant.
Each has their own strengths and weaknesses. I was going to put conjuror in S but without arcanium weapons being available yet and only really able to exploit the Soaked status effect with weapons (maybe poisoned dagger is viable but it cuts off at level 100 and it’s presumed we will be level 120 when AO drops, or at least 100+). Vitality builds just don’t got much going for them. Their damage archetype isn’t added so they’re just “health”. Could be good, in WoM the meta is having like 1000+ health so maybe that will translate to AO but that has yet to be seen, the AO meta game already seems pretty different from WoM.
Since I havent played AO and dont want to make a full out tier list of the builds, here is a ranking of how I like the builds conceptually
(Farthest left is most liked of that tier)
Juggernaut might be good because impact
paladin is like worse mage tho
Im going to strong disagree on that
Warden in z tier
No spirit weapons on early access means no damage
sure you get health but like
you’re sacrificing magics for that
Sure you can have a third magic but you probably wont use it more effectively than the 10% dmg resistance and extra hp.
You can say downsides back and forth, but truly we dont know which is better and conceptually i think Paladin is cooler
paladins can’t use 2 losts or 1 lost and 1 ancient tho
lol!
again, you can spit negatives back and forth both ways but you don’t know which is better so it will get us nowhere ._.
I put paladin higher on my list for a reason
amogus
savant.
should I even…
could I…
is savant good…?
yes
gimme a sec gonna read on what savants do
