Y’all don’t know how excited I was to read Blackreach’s Secret. I was writing a concept story for Torren and Freedrock in my own story, and Azarel’s Story pretty much lines up with mine. Major difference is that my Torren still has Darkflame, I gave him a wife, my Kingdom names are different, and Freedrock isn’t lonely.
Anyways this art has a lil story on it, There’s a detail on the bloody crown that (hopefully) give enough hint which god this recently destroyed Kingdom who they worshipped. Since part of this art piece still has my personal interpretation of Torren, he’s still a GFC user, so his Kingdom worshipped Prometheus. It’s poetic once you find out which god was it.
Also The Girl next to him is his Wife, Mary Corvus Cross. The reason is because I wanted to give Torren a personality, a reason, and connections before he turned into a mindless murderer. She used to be his sister but got convinced to turn her into a wife. I assure you, both of em were evil as shit regardless.
