Savant, magic/weapons/strength.
In order of importance, the GOAT wields these:
- Lion’s Halberd w/ Yellow & Green Quartz
- Pure Variation Paper Magic (Neutral Variation Wind Magic Alternative)
- Boxing (few effects if you use gloves, has that vibe)
- Noble Thunderspear w/ Yellow & Green Quartz (cus of his spear attack)
I can’t really make my mind up for what the original Starwalker’s build is. A light magic Warlock? A light magic Paladin?
Even with all the lore reveals of the two new chapters, we still aren’t sure just how powerful Starwalker is. Maybe he’s actually a Cataclysm/Stardust Magic Mage.

Aside from the Cold Place, the knight is all but confirmed to be either a parent or sibling of Noelle, known in RPG gameplay for her ice magic.
Shadow, although fitting, wouldn’t be their magic, rather more like just something they partake in, fitting of a second magic.
I say snow instead of ice because of the cold place.

What isn’t clear about “dark/star” attacks that makes you genuinely believe the knight wouldn’t use shadow
a being that is ENTIRELY MADE OUT OF possibly shadow crystals doesn’t use shadow…???
Don’t forget all those vaguely snowflake shaped attacks they have.
There simply is more presence of snow in their individual than shadow aside from vibe and connection to dark worlds.

I think we’re looking at this differently.
I’m trying to make a build most accurate to their actual moveset, and I think you’re probably trying to go off of thematic connections.
comparing an entire type of people to a single family, and just cause they have a magic doesn’t mean they have to use it consistently (not using a specific magic in front of the heroes could be a way to help hide their identity)
Though tbh if i was going for a roaring knight file i’d either go Darkness/slash conjurer as a later game thing
or go for Darkness/slash/snow mage, prob taking the conj route though
