Potion Idea: “Sacrifice Potion”
Levels - 3
Materials - Pure Water, 2-6 Magic Energy leaves, 3-9 Sacrifice vines.
Effect - On consumption, sacrifice 10% / 20% / 30% HP to restore 20% / 35% / 50% Magic Energy. Both effects will be decreased if Magic Energy would be fully restored with excess or if the damage would bring you below 25% HP.
Description - “A dark potion colored similarly to Sacrifice Magic which sacrifices some of your HP to regain Magic Energy. Will hesitate to work if it will bring you into a critical state.”

Faction Relations
Relations between the two parties.
For example, if the Grand Navy and the Assassin Syndicate are at -100 with one another, members of those two factions would attack one another, and rarely launch raids on their corresponding HQs.
If faction relations are between 0-25 percent, they will not attack one another. Good relations, 60% and higher, they will assist that faction in combat.
If a member of that faction kills a NPC or a player member, relations drops by 0.5% If a leader, such as Kommodore Kai is killed by a member of another faction, relations decrease by 100% These relations also works with kingdoms.

Interesting feature for groups, but AS and GN would always automatically be ennemies in lore ya know, you would need neutral factions for this to work

Dark seas island idea:
spook island
spawns only during halloween.
has a huge vibrant city in the center of it named “necropolia” for it’s monumental graveyard near it.
the city apparently has existed in the dark seas for hundreds of years and yet is completely unharmed.
every halloween they decorate and many travelers from all across the world brave enough and strong enough to reach the city celebrate there.
the city also has a boss named “morganna the trick or treater” who uses a unique version of death magic that looks like a spectral blue hue.
they make their exports mainly from delicious candies and jewels and have a secret trade route to the warseas.

shiny daggers
uncommon weapon
description: a pair of shiny daggers made out of a very lightweight material, they reflect light off of them like a mirror.
skills:
left click spam: fast jabs with the daggers into a basic combo of very fast blinding attacks
q: rapidly slices the daggers around in a medium sized area around them that deals medium damage and can blind foes.
e: throws both daggers that travel very fast to damage their target, the weapon cannot be used for 10 seconds after doing so.
r: the user can directionally input the direction they want to go to user the daggers to dash into the air or on the ground, if done near an opponent, it does not damage, but blinds for a brief amount of time.
