Description: become so infuriated that you break the physical limits of your own body to temporarily become able to run through walls, destroy almost anything with ease, and unleash devastating power to your opponents own soul.
Tier 1: spectral rage
Rarity lost
break the bounds of your physical limit through immense rage to become much faster and deal devastating damage through kicks and punches shrouded in a fiery purple and red energy, these kicks and punches not only deal massive damage but can fire projectiles that travel through physical objects due to their ghost-like nature, however, in this state, the user will take 15% MORE damage from all incoming attacks that hit them.
Tier two: phantom grudge
Rarity: ancient
Similar to tier one, you will enter a mode of immense power at the cost of receiving increased damage from all incoming skills and attacks made towards you, at this tier however, you will become able to infuse your rage onto objects, objects infused with this energy glow a ominous purple, and explode when hit by something into a massive burst of energy, and on top of that, all the the attacks and kicks you deal will corrupt the souls of your opponents through an applied effect: “ill-spirited”, which weakens the speed of your opponents as well as debuff their stamina regeneration, though this tier is incredibly strong, it also grants tier 1 insanity due to the almost lethal amount of fury the user undergoes.

How to obtain: collect the entire sunken set, this CANNOT be obtained via trading for sunkens however and must be completed via fishing for said pieces.

How to obtain: one shot any enemy or player with any skill.

How to obtain: similar to the idea suggested from @north about wood magic having an incredibly rare chance to spawn a paper blast instead while being at under 10% HP, this badge happens when said event occurs.

Arcanium Weapon Quality
Arcanium is supposedly a rare material, I think it would be very cool if however you find it and make weapons out of them were pretty rare. There would be 4 different types of Arcanium qualities: Poor, Fine, Excellent, Pure.
Rough Description:

Poor Quality Arcanium: The cheapest and weakest form of arcanium. Contains many impurities that make the weapon have less of a tint and simply retain a dull version of the color representing a magic. No status effects from the magic can be given on hit however power of attack now slightly scales off of magic power and weapon power. Weapons of this quality scale 20% magic/ 80% weapons

Fine Quality Arcanium: A rarer and much more valuable version of arcanium. Less impurities are found and magic can be conducted pretty well. Weapons now start to take more characteristics from the base magic (I.E: Energy magics like plasma and lightning slightly glow, liquid magics have animations that make them seem like they are “flowing”, gas magics are somewhat compressed). Weapons of this quality scale 40% magic/ 60% weapons

Excellent Quality Arcanium: A rare and much more pure version of arcanium that is almost completely arcanium. Usually much harder to find and can sell for high prices. Many characteristics of the magic are taken like weapons now display effects of said magic ontop of everything else mentioned, but more extreme. Weapons of this quality scale 65% magic/ 35% Weapons

Pure Quality Arcanium: A true and complete version of arcanium. Contains absolutely no impurities and is 100% arcanium. Obtaining this quality of arcanium is usually absurdly difficulty however it is worth its weight in gold, selling for absurd values. Weapons essentially are composed of magic at this rate (for example a wind sword may look like it is composed of the effects of a wind attack, a water shield may look like a liquid, etc.
Obtainment:
Arcanium has many different ways to be obtained, one of the most common ones being mining. In the recent leak we see that mining seems to be a part of a quest so it would make sense to mine for materials ingame. This would be the most reliable source of getting arcanium.
Poorer quality arcanium can be purchased for high prices (up to fine quality). Specific vendors in ravenna could possibly sell them
Alternatively, all qualities arcanium can be obtained from sealed chests and expiditions into the dark sea, this is not too reliable as it is decently rare finding these however this is also the best way to get pure as finding pure arcanium from mining would be insanely grindy/ rare
There would also be an NPC that could upgrade any arcanium ore by one quality tier only, even from Excellent to pure, however this may require certain materials and would be insanely costly the rarer the upgrade (around the 5000-6000 galleons mark)
Of coruse trading is always possible for arcanium weapons
And finally arcanium weapons can also be found pretty rarely is most chests
