That means we have access to everything we’d have nowadays as well as in AO. That includes government trying to handle everything that going down. IRL none of us have killed anyone and so what makes you think you could just take another’s life? Find the people and pay your taxes and they will protect you from the world’s dangers. That or find a machine gun and ammunition.
