uhh anyway quick explanatipn of meaning.. upright the emperor represents leadership, responsibility and masculinity, and reversing the card doesnt outright reverse the meaning, but it does mean tyranny, abuse of power (kind of the same thing whatevr) and, paradoxically, the inability to take control.. kind of fitting how like, a huge part of ravenna is rlly poor anyway lol he really isnt good at this whole “leading a country” thing
