Mostly just basic conditions, like the other game powerful enemies spawn in distant ranges, same with these ones, except the legendary one is the only chance one with 10% to spawn instead of the Dark Voyage, maybe luck might work.

magic energy in dark sea clouds â> messes with the structure of skyhall â> chains broken by dark sea dragons/sirens â> one by one the sky islands fall into the sea and take everyone down on them with them ??
dragons should also be added in a update soon (after bug fixes and stuff)
1 of the talent quests currently only goes to 3 cause we gotta do the dragon blood reitual (canât wait to see what sort of buff we get + make use of the horns seasonal i recently got)

Abyss sea is what happens when the remaining parts of the god soul run out, we got new lore for how this happens in the first place instead of being smth nobody knows
This also sorta gives ppl a way to restore the sea cluster assuming Hectates soul is not also required along with those other 3
