God, Im dumb, I asusmed “Arcane Apotheosis” was the name of the high sensing skill. Seems like it really is the ultimate mastery.
Vetex removed Mastery and Awakened tiers for magic because there will be “a better system” in the future, I guess thats it. I think I remember some people saying that there’s gonna be some upgrade for first magics for mage later on? (Since youll be later replacing two, presumably the Awakening magics with Lost and Ancient, while First Magic will be upgraded?)
EDIT: Wait, Hendrix’s mention of Arcane Apotheosis sounds like a skill rather a state of mastery… so I just had a random thought. Wasnt it emphasized once that you need to reach special conditions to kill a higher being like a God, which is how Arthur killed Prometheus? What if THAT is Arcane Apotheosis? 
Rigel’s Apotheosis was just a name idea Tech came up with, it aint canon. It’s just “Theos’ Staff” according to Vetex
