I think this updates got all the way until like… June. We’ve got plenty of time to make FS and Magic stuff. and we’re already near done with weapons; and given how the class is Vitality will probably end up with less stuff than Weapons as in item variations (because it has more unique skills).

Magic builds having access to 5 (7 when full release hits) rare skills along with having easy access to most status synergies

Spirit seems like it’ll Rival Mage in synergy application. Plus they by default have access to three different reactions. ALSO: PALADIN. its gonna be crazy.
I think they’ll even be able to use Reaction dmg bonuses like Frozen/Petrified’s 20% damage bonuses. We already have a (presumably) fire Spirit weapon. Imagine an Explosion Paladin with Double Beam, it’ll hit for crazy damage.

Oracles are better mages 
Oracles are budget mages that exist to fill a fourth skill path.
If they do get treated like better mages, maybe it should be renamed to Spirit Odyssey (considering they’re the only thing that doesn’t even use MAGIC in any form).
Zerker is far superior to mage

Jokes aside though, they’ll play differently than mage
Hopefully unique enough to where they don’t play like better mages as well. At this rate, they currently seem like mages with less synergies/customization in exchange for more unique moves and more versatility.
The less customization part is legit, but the synergies part I’m not worried about since oracles will be able to switch synergies on the fly

sure in lore it’s not “magic” energy but spirit energy, but let’s take a step back here: it’s still magic, even if in-universe it’s not the same kind of magic as the kind mages do.

FRUPN when the discussion isn’t 100% reactions to new changes and is actual discussions about them (its about actual discussions).
I mean, we can be a bit silly about them, but still i think this can kinda count as a discussion, even if we’re somewhat joking about the stuff we’re getting.
