Arcane fighting game?

the first time i saw what ao’s combat looked like, my brain immediatly went to fighting games, mortal combat, injustice(specially this one), street fighter yknow all that.
it would be really really cool if there was an arcane based fighting game, my original ideia was that, instead of actual characters, i would create more broad characters and name them after their build (e.x: Conjurer instead of like, elius or shura, Berserker instead of Carina yknow).
strengh and weapon builds seem easy to portray as they are already kind of ripped from fighting games, not sure about magic doe.

would be cool if there was a separate ao game meant for fighting/pvp

How about instead of single builds you create specific playstyles based on AO’s combos

poison + fire mage: area denial, can fill the arena with poison to limit space and light the poison to deal large damage
water + ice: structure generation; water creates puddles, ice magic can be used to turn puddles into structures to block areas or create high ground
wind + snow: anti-melee zoner, can slow opponents with snow and knock them back with wind

lightning sailor: low damage, but attacks paralyse opponents allowing for long combos that are hard to break
explosion thermo: mobility class, fast movement and attacks
poison iron leg: DoT class, applies heavy DoT on each hit

sailor style: self AOE DPS
iron leg: tank class, high hp and damage reduction

ranger warrior (bows + guns): ranged DPS
melee warrior (swords, etc): melee DPS

I rather have mainly Arcane Characters imo, though there could be custom slots like the Mii Fighters in SSBU for broad AO stat builds

Argos - Grappler or Semi-Grappler

Warren - Zone Breaker
Edward Kenton - Footsies
Poseidon - Turtle or Stage Control
