Vetex can’t use his creator powers, his magic alone should be enough (remember Cataclysm procs limb loss often), making him a good matchup vs other humanoids, but he dies to a stiff breeze due to the level cap.
Also, the Blackwater Criminals, despite having dumb AI and rushing towards the enemy, can use guns. Everyone knows how annoying gunslinger Strong Pirate Captains/Criminals are, imagine 900 of them dealing 30 or so damage per M1, some of them can even equip Dual Flintlocks for extra DPS!
