What would happen if the Sun went wrong in the AO universe and started melting all life?
Assumptions:
-As are unable to use magic in any form, even trace magic
Curse users are unaffected by the sunlight
Gods are unaffected by the sunlight, though demigods are not
The Dark Sea is unaffected by the sunlight
Scenario: The Sun goes wrong, and anything living not a god or a curse user melts upon skin contact with visible sunlight, being kept alive and dragging others into the sunlight. They are able to combine endlessly, though lose the ability to use magic in ANY form.
This goes to the AO universe in most cases.
Curse Users would group up and be able to survive, while those in the Dark Sea would remain safe from the effects of the sun (though would be mutated by magic instead). While everyone but Curse Users, Atlanteans, and Gods (if any even remain) would die, the cases needed for the 001 instances to take down the Curse Users are far too unlikely.
Somewhere like Skyhall could survived in forever, assuming the residents are properly cleared out beforehand. There’d be no way for the 001 instances to reach them and they would not be threatened by falling into the sea.
If 001 instances inherit the ability to use spirit energy from all legacies/demigods absorbed, then it may be a different story. IIRC Spirit Energy can harm curse users (correct me if I am wrong), and with the amount of biomass in a well-combined 001 instance, the spirit energy within could very well harm (or even kill) a curse user.
Also, what happens if a 001 instance absorbs a curse?
Most cases go to the AO universe, though there are some possibilities of the 001 instances winning (minus the Atlanteans in the deep reaches of the Dark Sea).
