so i saw on the wiki that “chaos is described as a black, shadow-like energy with teal aura”, which i find similar to death curse, so waht if the death curse is actually fraction of chaos or directly created by it? (or theos made it similarly colored, as he is the one who created the sea curses, i think)

also i assume death and apocalypse bringer are closer to being raw chaos than other magics, less pure and refined
they probably aren’t fractions of chaos or anything, but they do likely embody some of its traits, giving it its colouring
though i guess technically all magic is a fraction of chaos since that’s the source of magic
technically all magic is a fraction of chaos
besides, vetex seems to really like teal and black as a colour scheme (death, apocalypse, cataclysm, chaos, (I believe there was another magic, but I forgot))

not exactly, curses were created using magic energy/spirit energy [1], not chaos itself. magic energy comes from chaos but is not chaos [2], similar to how solar energy comes from the sun but is not the sun.
pushing that metaphor further, magic energy can be harnessed but chaos cannot be directly controlled [3], just like how we can harness solar energy but cannot directly control the sun.
