by that logic can we get working trains too. i wanna ride a train in arcane odyssey, and they actually like, move and stuff (think the train in The Wild West for example.)
imagine if we actually got on it during a fight or something (like Jetstream Sam vs Raiden), and having fights on the train in general would be sick, even if it’s pvp. It could also just serve as a technical fast travel throughout whatever island it’s on.

considering how you can dash over sameria in like a minute or two at most it probably wont happen
the largest mainland is said to be keraxe and its unlikely we see a train there
story mission subway where you have to escape a tunnel in a train via launching freezing potions at the flooding water and fight a boss at the same time
i know i know but it’d still be fun to ride a train or fight on top of one, even if it doesn’t serve any actual major purpose

there was an old world of magic concept where there’d be a few trains on railways that would go around the whole continent for transportation, losing that to having boats again is my roman empire 
It would be so cool if skyhall had some sort of “sky train” or something unique as a mode of transportation between major cities/islands

Trains could only really ever make sense in the Seven Seas since I don’t think there’s a region large enough to warrant it, neither to have the technology like the AG has on the Mainland.
Would still be very cool, even if we have it be like in ATLAB where its Earth Benders using their element to push the “train”.

what if it actually transported you from the ground into the sky? that’d also be cool. I know Vetex has plans for water spouts at some point, but having to ride a train instead of climbing a mountain would be so fun.
an idea that keeps popping up in my head although i know it’s unlikely is the Sea Train from One Piece on the Water 7 Arc, where it travels from island to island via an underwater railroad track.
again, definitely not happening unless if the space between them was rather small, but still fun to think about.
Man we really need an Arcane Game with either 1910’s tech or a 2000’s modern setting

They have magic, technological advancements would be slowed down immensely, I mean, they still have technology that belongs in the dark ages
