I assumed he’s at whitesummit since that’s where the assassin’s syndicate hq is, but I haven’t actually confirmed this myself

However that bitch is level 300, 3,000 hp, and deals 100 damage with 1blast from a barrage
What magic does he use?
I thought he was just a knife dude
He uses venom poison
The cloud deals 63 damage
There is a boss like him which is commander kai, he is at sliverhold and uses weapons that deal 300 - 600 damage
Commander kai is easier since you can trap him and get free hits easily while waltz, you really can’t do that
Commodore Kai also has a tiny office so any move you do hits him
