Thats not true, only noobs do and noobs also use swift simply bc they either dont have better gear to use or bc they think its good. Keen is barely ever used by non noobs
i Know of a suncry player who uses a casting speed amulet.
He USED to use full casting speed until he got banned
Barely anyone uses keen. Sure theres a few people experimenting with it but nearly nobody actually uses keen seriously
