Morality is subjective and can never be quantified by an objective measure.
Sure we can quantify it, but only ever by our own subjective measures.
Ultimately all we can do is do what we think is right at any given moment and push onwards.

That could be applied to anything. I could be objectively cooler than you. There could exist a way of determining coolness, but humans are too imperfect to find that way.
Morality is a human concept. Even if you did come up with an objective way of measuring the morality of certain actions, it would be arbitrary. People would still disagree with you. You say humans just aren’t smart enough to objectively quantify morality, which doesn’t make any sense because morality is strictly human.

What if the person you either kill or save has killed others in the past and could hurt more in the future? Then should you kill them, or save them and hope they get arrested before hurting anyone? You’ll get disagreement there which is the whole point.
