Is there a lore explanation on how humans can just become super human? Like become extremely strong, durable, and fast? Like how? I know it’s clearly not because of magic and certainly not spirit energy? So what is it that allows people like Argos to become a force of nature? Is there another energy just not discovered yet that allows that? Or are normal non magic humans legit just built different?
No it’s 100% because of magic, you must understand that magic can do anything as long as you have enough of it

Well that’s certainly a bruh moment. So that just means Argos body is fueled by magic energy to be able to do super human feats, he’s just not able to harness that energy to use it as attacks.
try to look for the dialogue for iron leg/powder fist cause i’m to lazy rn, but i’m pretty sure either 1 or both of them mention “Trace magic energy” which anyone who is not a mage can do (is mostly a passive/uncontrolled thing and is more instinct/muscle memory as opposed to actually thinking abt it compared to magic)
Technically non-magic users can use said energy via aura but it’s only traces of magic instead of magic proper
So magic really is everywhere one way or another. Truly is a world of magic…

vetex said thats why magic will ultimate triump over all a while back yea, bcs no matter what you do, the only way to become strong is through magical energy in one way or another, focusing on weapon or fs as well will just weigh you down bcs at the end of the day, human body and tools has limits - magic, does not, so focusing purely on it will grant much more power than anything else

which means its kinda shoehorned in and doesn’t really match up with the rest of the concepts
the energy used to cast magic is some what different then using magic itself, it’s why things like enchant magic exist that while useful can’t be used for combat.
While most people aren’t blessed to use magic they might have enough of the “magic” energy to be able to use superhuman abilities and people with more of that energy are people like Argos who doesn’t use magic.
This is my theory mostly but I think the Athena pages back this up atleast partially.
Essentially “Magic Energy” isn’t magic energy but it’s what we could call as “Pure energy” created by creation
and Spirit Energy is something else which is born from what we could call as “Chaos energy” created by chaos
(might be the other way around I forgot) (someone confirmed I did flip chaos and creation energy arround)
OR
energy itself could be bent or change into a pure or chaos form which means that we all use the same energy
But when it comes into magic we change it into a creation form with properties to cast it
when we use it for strength or weapons we channel it into our body or armament power
and when we use Spirit we change the energy into a chaos form instead while still creating it from the base energy
spirit energy is managed by creation while magic is managed by chaos, yea you swapped em around
anything from magic is simple magic energy mimicking it, but spirit energy is the real thing. lightning magic is different from actual weather lightning, but lightning from spirit weapons are not and are actual lightning
