Are Iris and Morden poor as hell?

After I was done grinding drachma and what not, I realized that… holy shit how are we this good at getting bands??? An amnesiac obtaining wealth a citizen can only dream of in only a year of work?? Naturally I looked at the two of our friends to see how they’re getting their money up but i have come to a conclusion that these two are actual broke bitches.

The whole thing about morden getting the death curse with a rowboat is funny and all but then you realize that your humble friend is still sitting in a rowboat while you’re sailing in a caravel. Iris’s situation seems more confusing as we don’t quite see what boat she uses (If anyone knows do tell me) but going off logic she would be just as broke. For most of the story it’s us that get all the coins while Morden and Iris go off alone into some fuck ass place. I don’t think anyone even bothered to ask them if they need the dramcha or not because it would be quite stupid to ask the three heroes that acording to the Agora, went through an entire sea and all that. “Come on they ought to already have enough for themselves, right?”

Share your research about their wealth below, maybe i’m missing a detail.

yeah they didn’t invest into their fleet and played in .10 servers before they got wiped out for unlimited wealth

Morden and Iris looking at Silas operating enough ships to conquer The Grand Gravy, looking over an entire guild of followers, finding treasure of legendary origin and conquering The Dark Sea, while theyre struggling to make enough money to eat proper food

You should know by now that Morden and Iris are incapable of doing anything on their own

Unless the plot demands otherwise.

Then Morden gets life curse because haha imagine if our funny person gets to decide who lives and dies amirite

They may be cardboard cutouts, but they’re our cardboard cutouts

I see those brokies including neviro as Freeloaders

iris used a rowboat to get to the stepstones

so unrealistic smh, vetex shouldve made it so that every day you gotta pay them 350 galleons each so they can buy themselves food :trol:

You can actually see Morden’s sailboat in Fort Talos
..Not sure why he decided to go with a rowboat though

a rowboat would probably be the best option for a stealth scenario here

Well the problem is that the thing you’re looking for is half the sea away and there are already ACTUAL boats sent out to go grab it

*sailboat

*sailboat

*brig

Neviro isn’t gonna be a bum for long. Bro in Ravenna rn getting his money up.

Morden actually uses sailboat, the rowboat thingy is just pretty much fanart, and not canon.

Iris is using rowboat, to sail everywhere, yeah rip her arms though.

If you paid attention to side quests, silas basically does favor in exchange for drachma. ik some quests aren’t canon but some does.
He also get sailboat for free by mayor owin at frostmill after saving the entire town.

i also assumed silas doing treasure chart aswell and save the money to buy bigger ship

What am I even supposed to do to get a brig before the Fort Talos Section

  1. somehow be overleveled (fort talos is like lvl 75, brigs are lvl 120)
  2. have an infinite source of money (20k at earlygame is errr difficult, atleast with fleets youll soon get that amt of money)
  3. never progress story ig do sidequests do anything BUT story

Iris uses a row boat I think, Pretty sure you can spot hers at the navy base after skylands

He had a sailboat for that :sob:

you are actually able to talk to her as well

though i forgot the dialogue as it was pre fr on like my 2nd or 3rd file?

Maybe when i start working on my oracle file more i’ll go check it out
