No. Because unlike other categories, you actually need to get accepted as a artist first. If someone does a good artwork it 1), may not be good in a verified artists’ eyes and 2), they may not haven’t posted 3 good artworks yet, so you’re cheating the system.
They have to be in the artist group for you to recategorize it.
