I think it’d be better if they made these periods during considerations of what to add to future updates where there could be contests held to see which suggestions are the best and would make the most sense. In this case it would have more respect from moderators and the developers, I’m 90% somebody already said smth like this prob but it just seems like a good idea to me.
the problem with suggestions is that they have to meet a couple criteria
- they can’t conflict with anything else in the game or lore
- they have to be easy to implement
- they usually have to only change an existing feature in the game or be derived from one

I can only think of that one one weapon bane suggestion, and the mage weapon one I made.
Imagine the suggestions as a bucket of ideas that is always available to you whenever you need an idea for something, it might not be used that often and if it is it’s not implemented as a whole or as said in the suggestion exactly but it still has atleast some effect.
There are a few suggestions making it in the game in some capacity atleast, mostly quality of life features but some other random ideas might make it as well.
