They’re called interchange potions, you can brew them by using a Prometheus’ Acrimony (extremely rare ingredient that can be found in any chest.)

After using your file’s free Stat Reset, you need to find a Potion Reagent called Prometheus’ Acrimony. It’s extremely rare, at a 1/6,000 chance in all chests. Once you have it, you can put it in a brewing cauldron along with any catalyst to make the Tier III Drinkable version of an Interchange Potion.
Acrimonies in the Marketplace/Auction are ludicrously expensive, but you can find pre-brewed Interchange Potions for a cheaper price most of the time. You can also wait for an update that gives everyone their Stat Reset back if they used it, but it’s not a guarantee and updates take a while.
For reference, the last time I saw Interchange Potions, the cheapest ones only had five digits in their price. Not great, but better than six digits.

just make a new file my guy, i only got 3 acrimonies in my almost one thousand hours of playing on one file, it’s not worth it.
