yes. but you have to damage them iirc

would love it if I could blast them to help with bleeding instead of giggle and laugh

ironically doing more damage than the DoT could ever cause (unless they’re like 400 levels above you).

Could hit them with 1 bit of a max size 20 blast, still unwise
