Can you remind me who that is I’m sorry, also have you seen one piece? I think of Argos as this worlds Garp one of the strongest characters in the world in his prime but age has made this guy barley a 10th his true power def not theos level but like maybe top 15 or I can hope 10 (I’m not the biggest Argos glazer I promise)

General Valerii is the final boss of the Fort Castrum raid. He’s quite the formidable opponent
OHHH THAT GUY I can def do that I do think he would be weaker than Argos if it was stated Argos was one of if not the strongest person in the country but I’ll give him a try to draw thanks for the suggestion
